Flow Yoga
In a flow class you'll transition dynamically and with fluidity through a series of yoga postures. Cultivating strength, stability and mind-body connection. Each class invites you to tune in and be present, helping you to find your flow on and off the mat.
Wednesdays 5:00pm - 6:00pm


Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a restorative practice to soothe both body and mind. Yin focuses on longer-held floor based postures to gently open the body and release tension. Supported with bolsters and blocks, each pose is held for several minutes encouraging deep relaxation and stillness.
Thursdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm
